🌈 I will be guiding you through the basics of this amazing, ancient practice, from clearing energetic blockages to chakra balancing and everything in between.

🤩 After learning the basics and fundamentals of Reiki, you'll be ready and able to channel and practice Reiki on yourself as well as practice on others!

What you'll learn in Reiki Level 1:
✨ Understanding Reiki, healing and energetics
✨ All about the chakra system and how to balance them using Reiki
✨ How to and the importance of grounding & protecting your energy
✨ How to conduct a healing treatment on yourself and friends/family
✨ Traditional Usui practices and info such as the Reiki principles etc
✨ The history of Reiki and your lineage (back to the founder of Reiki - Dr Mikao Usui)
✨ All the different ways to use Reiki, hand placements etc
✨ Continued and ongoing support after training
✨ And more..

✨ What you will receive: Level 1 Usui Reiki Training via Zoom including energetic attunements, Level 1 Reiki Manual, Light Language Activation and you will also receive a hard and digital copy of your Reiki 1 certificate upon completion.
