All orders are typically sent out within 3-5 business days via Aust Post with the exception of busy periods (Sales or festive season etc). Australia Post are still experiencing some delays due to an extreme increase in the amount of parcels being sent out at the moment. Please be patient as this is out of our hands. We do however, recommend purchasing Express Shipping if you are wanting your items sooner as Aust Post are currently prioritising all Express Post packages over Standard Post. Express Post orders are treated as priority at Crystal Phoenix Aust also. All orders over $100 come with free Standard shipping. If you would like to pay to upgrade this to Express, you are welcome to by please adding in the order notes or sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number & postal address. We will supply you with an invoice to pay the difference for your parcel to be shipped as Express Post.
Parcel Returned To Us
If your parcel is returned to us due to being marked as Return to Sender, Incorrect address or due to failure of being picked up at your post office, we will contact you to arrange the re-sending of your parcel. This will be at an additional cost to you. Crystal Phoenix Aust hold no responsibility over this and do not refund shipping costs.
Signature On Delivery
Customers may choose to select signature on delivery for their parcel, upon checkout for an additional $2.95. This will ensure that you have to 'sign' and show ID to collect your parcel. If no signature on delivery is selected, the customer agrees to take full responsibility in the unlikely event the parcel is stolen.
Crystal Phoenix Aust will not take any responsibility nor will we be liable to replace or refund items if they have gone missing after showing as delivered through Aus Post.
Please be advised that Free Standard Shipping over $100 does not come with signature on delivery. Please add in the order notes if you would like to this be added at an additional cost to you.
We definately encourage you to purchase insurance if your order is over $50 in case of any lost or damaged items during transit. We are not liable for these as all our items are packaged with extreme care and sent with tracking. If a parcel is to go missing, it is between the customer & Australia Post. We will help out where we can to help but we are not responsible for it. To purchase insurance on your package, please add in the order notes that you would like insurance & we will provide you an invoice with the additional cost or alternatively you can contact us through email at email@example.com Shipping Insurance is usually only a couple of dollars extra and worth it in our opinion for that extra added peace of mind.
